General Information
Tham Saeng Tham Phrom Mawas Forest Park located in Charoen Sub-district, Pak Chom District, Loei Province, situated in Pah Phu Khao Kaew-Dong Pak Chom National Reserved Forest, covered the area of 5,000 rais approximately. The Royal Forest Department declared this forest park on April 28, 1988.
Topography
It is the mountain ranges. Mountain soil structure comprising limestone and granite. Its significant unique is Tham Phra Cave, Tham Sawng Cave, Tham Huay Na Cave and Tham Pha Chan Dai Cave.
Flora and Fauna
Dry Evergreen Forest is found around lowland in the valley or moist streams. The distribution pattern of tree species is narrow lining along the foothill.
Mixed Deciduous Forest is found at around dry land with low moisture. Flora found consist of Dipterocarp sp., Pterocarpus macrocarpus, Xylia xylocarpa, Afzelia xylocarpa, Largerstroemia cochinchinensis, SOMPONG, Irvingia malayana, etc. Ground trees found are various Bambusa sp., vines and
orchids.

How to go?
By Car
There are 2 routes accessible to the Tham Saeng Tham Phrommawat Forest Park as follows:
From Loei town, you can drive to That Village-Chom Noi Village-Huay Arlai Village-Tham Saeng Phrommawat. It takes about 85 kms.
From Pak Chom District, drive to Kaeng Pla Buk Village and then Tham Saeng Thammawat Forest Park. It takes about 35 kms. The road of about 15 kms long before reaching Tham Saeng Thammawat is rough rouge.
