WAT SI BUNRUANG (WAT NUA) วัดศรีบุญเรือง
This is an ancient monastery in the vicinity of Muang Kalasin Municipality. The main shrine hall of this
monastery is surrounded by a number of beautiful sema stones from Muang Fa Daet Song Yang. The
outstanding one among those beautiful sema stones is the one featuring devines travelling in the air above
the castle which is featured in two tiered crystal niches (Dhanaravadistyle of art.) and there are features of a
king, a queen and the prince son at the lowest part.
