Khitkhin City เมืองขีดขิน
Located at Tambon Banmo, Khitkhin City is an ancient city dating from the Khmer period. Another name of this
city is "Parantapa" o "Senaratchakhon" Currently only the earthern mound of the moat still remains, measuring
4 meters in height and 60 metres in width. In the middle of the city there is a high mound called "Khok Prasat"
in addition a seated Buddha image in the posture of being under the protection of naga heads was discovered
at the water side area which is assumed to have been a royal landing.
